A wealthy baby named Bennington Austin "Bink" Cotwell IV, who is kidnapped by three clumsy criminals: Edgar "Eddie" Mauser, Norbert "Norby" LeBlaw, and Victor "Veeko" Riley. The kidnappers plan to hold Bink for ransom, but the mischievous baby escapes and embarks on a series of adventures through the city of Chicago.
